Our Management Team

Robert (Bobby) Spiser – (President/Co-Founder)

Bobby is a litigation support veteran with over 12 years experience working on large matters involving millions of records for review and production. Seven years ago he co-founded LDM Group, LLC. His involvement in the Ericsson (10 million records) and Parmalat (25 million pages) have allowed LDM Group to stay on the leading edge of technology. He is an expert in all phases of electronic discovery from collection and filtering to review and production.

Sharon Spiser – (Chief Financial Officer/Co-Founder)

Sharon has more than 14 years in the litigation support industry. Seven years ago she co-founded LDM Group, LLC. In 1995 she relocated to Dallas from the west coast to open a new litigation support division for a leading technology company. During her tenure, the new organization grew 200%. She has held financial, business, operations, and sales management positions for several companies.

John Traylor – (Chief Operating Officer)

John has more than 19 years experience in litigation support working in the Dallas, Washington D.C., Orange County California and Seattle markets. He has extensive project management experience working with large corporations (Eastern Airlines, Hunt Brothers, Parmalat, Coors, Miller, Monsanto, Chevron, and Trinity Industries). He has assisted clients in; anti-trust, intellectual property, toxic tort, superfund cleanup, class defense, rate cases, oil lease sales, and products liability matters.

Anil Keswani – (Chief Technology Officer)

Anil joined LDM Group after 22 years with Texas Instruments (TI). At TI, he was the Database Manager for the Global Manufacturing IT Organization; he was responsible for over 400 databases and 250 terabytes of business data in a mix of Oracle, Gemstone and Informix. In this role, he was responsible for managing and supporting all the databases 24x7. He was also the Risk Mitigation Manager, responsible for all Disaster Recovery processes/procedures and audit activities globally for Manufacturing IT. During his career at Texas Instruments, Anil held several other leadership positions; Manager of Global Monitoring Solutions, Data Protection, Storage, and IT Site Operations. In each of these roles, he was responsible for the current and future strategy, the supplier relationship and daily operations.

Terry Heuman (Vice President – Operations)

Terry is a retired Marine of over 20 years. After retiring in 1989, Terry joined a technology company, while there he held several management positions, including warehouse manager and operations manager. After 11 years in technology, Terry pursued a career in the litigation support industry. He joined a litigation support company as their Production Manager where he was responsible for the production of litigation copy and electronic support.

Chad Love - (Director – Litigation Support Consulting)

Chad has been in litigation support for over 12 years and is certified as a Concordance Certified Service Administrator and Summation Certified Trainer in Enterprise, IBlaze and WebBlaze. He has extensive experience in Legal Access Ware (LAW) version 5.0. As the industry has transformed from predominantly paper based to digital productions, Chad has remained on the forefront of litigation support technology. He has extensive experience working with electronic discovery, setting up review databases, assisting clients with review strategies, repair or databases and document productions.

Joseph (Joey) Friedmann – (Director – Electronic Discovery)

Joey began his Litigation support career in 1998 as a document specialist. During the past 10 years he has held position in sales, operations and Electronic Data Discovery. He is certified in Z-Print and Legal Access Ware (LAW) 4.0, 5.0 Imaging, EDD, and Administration. Joey has extensive experience working with other litigation support applications, electronic discovery, setting up review databases, assisting clients with review strategies, repairing databases and document productions.

Christopher McLelland CISSP, CCE – (Information Security Consulting)

Christopher is an Information Security and Data Forensic Professional with over 15 years experience. Christopher began his professional career in the United States Air Force as a Signals Intelligence Analyst. Shortly after, he joined Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where he led studies in the reverse engineering of security products for the National Security Agency (NSA) and penetration testing for various Department of Defense (DOD) installations around the world. While still at CSC he instructed special agents within the Army, Air Force, NSA and the Secret Service in computer forensics investigation techniques. Christopher then joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y) where he built and lead the North American Threat & Risk Assessment Practice. He provides litigation support for e-Discovery engagements by forensically collecting electronic data intended to be used in the court of law.
